HSG Zander is one of a few companies at the Russian market that focuses exclusively on commercial real estate Facility Management.

After acquiring the Facility Management activities of M + W Zander, the newly-formed HSG Zander is now one of the global leaders in integrated FM.

The company has been operating in Russia since 1997. Having started from maintaining 18 000 sq. m., we succeeded in gaining confidence of major Western and Russian investors and companies. Currently we maintain 2 500 000 sq. m. of commercial real estate area.

HSG Zander specializes in Integrated Facility Management of business centers and office complexes, retail-entertainment centers and storage real estate construction projects throughout Russia and in Ukraine.

Among the major projects on the CIS territory there are Mercury City Tower (158 528 sq.m), Business Center Citydel (63 500 sq. m.), Trade and Business Center Novinsky Passage (78 000 sq.m.), White Square Office Center (100 000 sq.m.), Business Center Domnikov (132 000 sq.m.), Administrative and Business complex in Preobrazhenskaya square (114 700 sq.m) in Moscow, Shopping and Entertainment Mall “GALERIA” (200 000 sq.m) in St. Petersburg,  MLP Chaika logistics centres (423 500 sq.m.) in Moscow region and Kiev.

HSG Zander provides services to such companies as IBM, Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank, UniCredit Bank, European Commissions, Eni Group/Agip, AT&T, Toyota, EMC and many others.
