HSG Zander actively uses CAFM – Computer Aided Facility Management type corporate information system.
CAFM can be defined as program-technical systems used to provide and control Facility Management services. These systems can be employed and ordered by the owners of real estate fixed assets as well as by operating service organizations, Facility Management representatives.
The main objectives of CAFM implementation:
- reduction of expenses on the company’s fixed assets operation; optimization of nonmanufacturing costs;
- management and improvement of the company’s fixed assets complex operation; creation of transparent and effective ways of real estate management;
- creation of integrated information environment in order to manage fixed assets and resources.
CAFM has a module structure and consists of the following elements:
- module of systematic maintenance and repairs;
- area management module;
- infrastructural maintenance module;
- module of commercial management;
- Hot-Line, HelpDesk.
