CAFM – brand new instrument in commercial real estate Facility Management.

HSG Zander actively uses CAFM – Computer Aided Facility Management type corporate information system.

CAFM can be defined as program-technical systems used to provide and control Facility Management services. These systems can be employed and ordered by the owners of real estate fixed assets as well as by operating service organizations, Facility Management representatives.

The main objectives of CAFM implementation:

• reduction of expenses on the company’s fixed assets operation; optimization of nonmanufacturing costs;
