Central Dispatcher Service

HSG Zander has developed a brand new service product for the Russian commercial real estate market in the segment of engineering systems maintenance. This service is based on the principle of remote monitoring and control over engineering systems. It represents Central Dispatcher Service (CDS) operating 24 hours a day to receive information from construction projects, to control the basic parameters of the system and to perform remote management.

The CDS advantages against ordinary control systems are:

• economy (a shift of 4 experts will be paid as a shift of one dispatcher-technician);
• dispatchers' high-level  professional skills. All dispatchers have higher engineering education and are experienced multifunctional workers;
• quick response;
• possibility to automatically register accident notifications on the CDS station;
• responsibility for response time and carried out actions;
• reporting;
• versatility of maintaining different automation systems from the single check station: the new product can be offered to Siemens SBT, Honeywell, JohnsonControls, Computrols, Sauter systems.

Small offices equipped with appropriate engineering equipment such as power supply, air-conditioning and fire-control systems can also be connected to the Central Dispatcher Service.

Before putting on maintenance the available automation systems updating and automatic monitoring devices installation are performed. After that they are connected to the HSG Zander Central Dispatcher Service. Telephone lines, mobile networks, E-mail, SMS, OPC technologies are used for data transmission.
