Carpet and furniture textile upholstery cleaning:

• removal of spots (including stubborn dirt);
• dry-cleaning with the help of single-disc machine and extraction device or using dry froth method.

Hard floor treatment:

• floor grinding and polishing;
• minor floor repairs (filling holes and big cracks with specific duly coloured two-component solution; partial replacement of  marble plates in the places where it is possible);
• protective coating;
• floor graining. This procedure consists in slight, fine leveling of the marble surface in order to remove minor scratches and to provide luster due to wiping. Chemical substance is sprayed on the surface (the detergent and water are fed from single-disc machine reservoir to the rotating disc). Graining is carried out with the help of single-disc machine with a white or steel disc fixed on it.

Territory cleaning:

• removal of sand, dust and waste from the territory;
• removal of garbage and foliage from the lawns adjacent to the building;
• snow/ice mound removal and reagentizing in winter;
• waste-baskets and refuse bins cleaning;
• cleaning of facade facing, gates, gratings, signboards, outer security equipment and other facade elements;

Outer glazing and building facade washing:

• windows, facade facing, signboards, outer security equipment and other facade elements washing.
